Returns and cancellations
Every machine we sell ships straight from its maker, and each maker sets its own return terms. Find the brand on your quote or invoice below.

EK Tech
These terms cover every EK Tech machine we sell, including Pony Express tuggers and motorized carts.
- Cancel free of charge any time before your order ships.
- Return a standard machine within 30 days of delivery.
- Send the machine back on its original pallet and in its original packaging.
- A 20% restocking fee applies once the order has shipped.
- EK Tech inspects every returned machine. Any damage is charged for parts plus $65 an hour of shop labor, on top of the restocking fee.
- Custom builds are final. They cannot be canceled or returned.
DJ Products
These terms cover every DJ Products machine we sell, including CartCaddy, TrailerCaddy and WasteCaddy.
- Ask for a return within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days all sales are final.
- The machine must come back in its original packaging and in resalable condition, by a freight carrier with tracking.
- A restocking fee of at least 15% applies. It rises to 25% if the machine comes back more than 14 days after delivery.
- Custom builds and orders of more than one unit cannot be returned.
For every brand
- Ask us for a return authorization number before you ship anything back. A return that arrives without one can be refused.
- You pay the return freight.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days after the maker receives and inspects the machine.
Damaged in shipping or wrong item
Check the machine before you sign for it. Write any damage on the delivery receipt and call us within 48 hours. We handle the freight claim and arrange a repair or replacement at no cost to you.
