Overview

The Pony Express 1061 is the smallest tugger in the line. One operator walks behind it and tows a loaded cart up to 1,500 lb on a flat floor, so nobody has to push the cart by hand.

It is 22 inches wide and its length adjusts from 22 to 42 inches with the tiller, so it fits small elevators and tight halls. A 35 Ah AGM pack runs up to 8 hours and recharges in about 4 hours from the onboard charger on a 120 or 240 VAC outlet.

The Pony Express 1060 tows the same 1,500 lb with a built in hitch for the 1060 cart coupler system. The 1061 Lithium is the swappable pack version, listed with the lithium electric tuggers.

At 22 inches wide it is the narrowest body in the line. Choosing a tugger for narrow aisles compares it with the 1061-HD and the 1062.

How much can the Pony Express 1061 tow?

It tows up to 1,500 lb on a flat floor. On a ramp the rating drops, with a 30 degree incline rating at a reduced load. Send us the cart weights, the floor and any ramps on the route and we confirm the model in a written quote.

How fast does the 1061 go?

It has two speed ranges, 0 to 1.5 mph and 0 to 3 mph, forward and reverse from the thumb wheel. Let go of the control and it comes to a controlled stop.

How long does the 1061 run on a charge?

The 35 Ah AGM pack runs up to 8 hours. It recharges in about 4 hours from the onboard charger, which plugs into a standard 120 or 240 VAC outlet.

Will the 1061 fit our elevators and halls?
