Overview
The Pony Express 1061 Lithium is the 1061 with a 40 Ah lithium iron phosphate pack. It tows a loaded cart up to 1,500 lb on a flat floor behind one walking operator.
The pack lifts off by hand. Keep a charged spare on the charging station and swap it in when the battery monitor calls for a charge, so the tugger keeps working through more than one shift. A pack recharges in about 2 hours on the external charger.

Questions
How does the swappable pack work?
The 40 Ah lithium iron phosphate pack lifts off the tugger by hand. When the battery monitor calls for a charge, the operator puts a charged spare on and sets the empty pack on the charging station.
How long does a pack take to charge?
About 2 hours on the external charger. It takes 85 to 270 VAC single phase, so a standard wall outlet works.
How much can the 1061 Lithium tow?
It tows up to 1,500 lb on a flat floor. The incline rating depends on your route, so send us the grade of any ramps with the cart weights and we confirm the model.
What else do we need for continuous use?
A spare battery pack and the lithium charging station. With two packs, one runs the tugger while the other charges.
