Overview
This is the hot swappable 24 V, 40 Ah lithium iron phosphate pack of the lithium tuggers. When the pack on the tugger calls for a charge, lift it out and drop in a charged spare.
A pack recharges in less than 3 hours on the external charger or the charging station. It weighs less than 34 lb, so one person lifts it. The battery monitor gives light and sound alerts and a Bluetooth app shows the charge on a phone. The cells carry UN38.3 transport certification.
Questions
Which tuggers does this pack fit?
The 1061 Lithium, 1061-HD Lithium and 1065 Lithium, listed on this page. It is the same pack the tugger ships with.
How long does a pack take to charge?
Less than 3 hours on the external charger or the charging station.
Can it go in an AGM tugger?
No. It fits the lithium models only. Ask us before changing a tugger you already own.
How do I get a price?
Call us or send the form. Tell us what you move, the route and your ZIP. We send a written quote with the machine, freight and build time.
How does it arrive?
Most machines go by freight truck from the factory. Parts and smaller items can go by FedEx or UPS. Freight to your ZIP is on your quote before you order. Rush and overnight shipping cost extra. We sell and ship to US addresses only.
